The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, and salesfloor replenishment. The role requires a strong sense of urgency, attention to safety, and a commitment to brand standards.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, maintaining stockrooms, executing markdowns, and assisting with price changes. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and customer-focused service during shifts.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; stock experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more regularly.
• Ability to stock and retrieve merchandise from stockroom and sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of receiving merchandise safely, timely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Assist in stock assembly, markdowns, and replenishment on the salesfloor.
• Support driving profitable sales and protecting company assets.
• Take personal accountability for individual performance.
• Treat customers with respect and align with dress code and branding.
• Support company initiatives and demonstrate strong shift-level engagement.
• Ensure shipments are processed promptly during each shift.
• Contribute to the company values.
