Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a Stock Associate at Easton Town Center in Columbus, OH to help move merchandise from stockroom to the sales floor and support replenishment and merchandising activities. The role requires adherence to SOPs and Todd Snyder visual standards to maximize sales and presentation.

The position is part-time and Pays range $11.00/hour up to $25.00/hour, with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous stock experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise, props, and fixtures.
• Execute shipment processing following guidelines; track units per hour and report to store leadership.
• Support Todd Snyder visual standards to maximize presentations from stockroom to sales floor.
• Coordinate replenishment with store leadership (Fill the Floor, power opens/closes, merchandise adjustments).
• Communicate merchandising opportunities to leadership and execute adjustments per visual standards.
• Perform markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and on sales floor; report compliance to leadership.
• Coordinate stock transfers and processing damages with leadership.
• Provide knowledge sharing and support to colleagues and customer interactions.
• Maintain safety standards on floor and in stockroom; report safety concerns.
