Job summary

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve brand productivity standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain stockroom SOPs to support efficient handling and placement of merchandise and fixtures.
• Execute shipment processing by following guidelines; track units per hour productivity.
• Support Todd Snyder visual standards to maximize merchandise presentations from stockroom to sales floor.
• Partner with store leadership to ensure replenishment, fills, power closes/opens and merchandise adjustments are executed.
• Communicate merchandising opportunities to leadership and execute adjustments per visual standards.
• Execute markdowns and re-ticketing in stockroom and sales floor; update leadership on compliance.
• Partner with leadership to complete stock transfers and process damages.
• Assist colleagues with tasks and customer interactions.
• Maintain safety standards on sales floor and in stockroom; report safety concerns.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies; report unusual activity.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
