Job summary

LOFT in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Stock Associate to help run store operations. You will oversee shipment processing, move products from stockroom to sales floor, and keep the stockroom, sales floor, and desk organized and stocked.

You will greet customers and set the tone for an excellent shopping experience. With attention to detail and a commitment to customer service, you will contribute to the store’s success while supporting flexibility in schedule, including evenings, weekends, and

Responsibilities

Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent experiences.
Maintain high visual and operational standards focused on the customer.
Prepare store and backroom: process shipments, stock floors, organize merchandise and supplies.
Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and stock levels.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
