Job summary

LOFT seeks a Stock Associate to help store operations run smoothly by handling shipments and moving products from stockroom to floor. You’ll greet customers, keep stock organized, and maintain inventory accuracy to support excellent shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organization and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their needs to create positive experiences.
• Process shipments, stock the sales floor, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure store and backroom are organized and fully stocked.
• Display merchandise promptly and accurately on the sales floor.
• Support store leaders with daily operations as needed.
