Job summary

LOFT in Paoli, PA is seeking a Stock Associate to help the store run smoothly. You will oversee shipments and move product from the stockroom to the sales floor, keeping the stockroom, floor, and desk organized and fully stocked.

On the sales floor you’ll greet customers, set the tone for excellent shopping experiences, and support inventory accuracy, pricing, and product stock levels. This role offers part-time hours with benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent experiences.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor accurately and timely.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leadership.
