Job summary

LOFT in Walnut Creek, CA is hiring a Stock Associate. You will help the store run smoothly by processing shipments, moving products from stockroom to sales floor, and keeping the stockroom and floor organized. You will greet customers and support a confident, friendly shopping experience on the floor.

You will maintain accurate stock levels, assist with merchandising, and support leaders with daily operations, ensuring the store meets visual and service standards for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
