The Brand House Collective is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment, and price changes. This role demands high organization and urgency to keep stock moving and shelves properly faced.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and able to work weekends or evenings. No prior stock experience is required, but stockroom skills and a willingness to learn are a plus.

Qualifications

• Energetic and results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift and move 45 pounds or more on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Maintain an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment
• Support driving profitable sales and protect company assets
• Take personal accountability for individual performance
• Treat customers respectfully and professionally; adhere to dress code
• Support company initiatives and demonstrate commitment to brand values
• Take initiative to ensure shipments are processed promptly
