Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Noblesville, IN is seeking a customer-focused HomeGoods associate to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will assist customers, ring up purchases, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.

This on-site role requires teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed. Starting pay ranges from $13.25 to $13.75 per hour with benefits and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and follow customer service principles.
• Ring up purchases, process returns, and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and maintain store standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and follow merchandising procedures.
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and other duties as assigned.
