Job summary

LOFT in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers, offer personalized styling, and guide their shopping journey on the sales floor. You’ll help keep the store organized and reflect our brand through polished visuals and friendly service.

You’ll collaborate with the team, use technology to check promotions, and support an omnichannel experience across channels. The role offers part-time hours, weekend availability, and opportunities for development within our brands.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
