Job summary

Community Skilled Health Care Centre – Warren, OH is seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our caring team. We offer full-time and part-time shifts in a family-like facility with steady hours and supportive leadership.

As an STNA, you will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living tasks, and help maintain a clean, safe environment while building relationships with residents and families. Ohio STNA certification is required.
