Job summary

CareCore Health in Mentor, OH is seeking compassionate STNAs to join our long‑term care team. We offer Full Time Night Shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with every other weekend rotation and Part Time Day Shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) with weekend rotation.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide hands-on care with dignity, support meals and hydration, observe residents and report changes to the nursing team, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
• Dependable with strong communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care while promoting resident dignity and independence
• Assist with meals, hydration, and other daily needs
• Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
