Garden Springs Healthcare in Euclid, OH is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide direct care to residents and support the clinical team in activities of daily living across shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, feeding, bathing, dressing, transferring, and personal hygiene, while notifying licensed nurses of changes in status. High school diploma or GED and STNA certification required.

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Shifts: 7am-3pm 3pm-11pm 11pm-7am Alternating Weekends, Holidays.

Our long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Assistant (STNA). The Nursing Assistant (STNA) is responsible for providing direct care to residents and assisting the clinical team in providing activities of daily living.

Nursing Assistant (STNA) Key Duties

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our resident's main care giver providing necessary support for all activities of daily living.


• Ensure timely notification of residents change of status to a licensed nurse for further direction.


• Successfully assist all responsible residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's), feeding, bathing, dressing, transferring, ambulation, personal hygiene, and toileting.

Nursing Assistant (STNA) Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).


• Minimum Ability to obtain and maintain State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Certification required.


• Ability to communicate both verbally and non-verbally requires.


• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to manage residents based on maturity level and factuality.
