QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and participate in resident reports at shift start/end.
• Provide personal and nursing care per resident care plan.
• Facilitate and assist with activities.
• Respond to resident requests respectfully and with dignity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities and outings.
• Ensure all care is delivered respectfully and compassionately.
• Perform basic nursing procedures as required.
• Document resident activities, care, and needs accurately.
• Adhere to policies, standards, and safety protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification maintenance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
