Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a dedicated STNA to provide compassionate care in a 100-bed facility. You will support residents with daily activities and follow approved care plans in a supportive, employee-owned environment.

As an STNA, you’ll follow infection control procedures, document care accurately, and promote safety and dignity for residents while contributing to a positive team culture and ongoing resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA course and current state license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent attendance.
• Passion for enhancing residents’ quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved Care Plans
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
• Follow infection control procedures and proper documentation practices
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents
