Job summary

Atrium Centers in Salem, Ohio is seeking compassionate STNAs to join our 100% employee-owned team. You’ll provide resident care according to approved care plans, assist with daily activities, and help ensure a safe, dignified living environment for residents.

We offer full-time and part-time positions across 2nd, 3rd, and night shifts, with starting wages of $20 per hour. Eligible candidates have a CNA/STNA course completion and current state license, plus a service-oriented mindset and reliable

• Completed CNA/STNA course and current state license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent attendance.
• Passion for enhancing residents’ quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved Care Plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety.
• Follow infection control procedures and proper documentation practices.
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.
