Job summary

Atrium Centers is a 100% employee-owned community where STNAs are empowered to provide high-quality, compassionate care. This full-time role offers day shifts with 12-hour shifts at a 75-bed facility.

You will provide resident care per approved care plans, assist with daily activities, follow infection control procedures, document vital signs, and report any Residents' Bill of Rights violations. Atrium Centers offers ESOP, 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision/Life, PTO, tuition reimbursement,

• Current CNA/STNA license.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring resident safety.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Comply with all documentation and record-keeping policies, including vital signs.
• Report any violations of the Residents' Bill of Rights immediately.
