Job summary
Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking compassionate STNAs to join our team for full-time day shifts. The STNA provides direct resident care under supervision, assisting with activities of daily living and promoting dignity and comfort.
We offer a 12-hour day shift 7:00am–7:00pm with rotating weekend shifts, a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time, competitive wages, and comprehensive benefits. Qualified candidates must hold a valid Ohio STNA certification and demonstrate strong communication
Qualifications
- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification is required.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, or healthcare is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are important.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
- Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
- Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Respond to call lights promptly and courteously.
- Assist with meal service and resident hydration.
