Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking a dedicated STNA for a full-time night shift (7:00pm–7:00am) on a rotating weekend schedule. The STNA provides direct resident care under supervision, assisting with activities of daily living to promote dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, mobility, vital signs, documentation, meal support, and collaboration with nurses and therapists. Ohio STNA certification is required; CPR preferred. Competitive wages and benefits offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Support mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning of residents.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Respond to call lights promptly and courteously.
