Job summary

The STNA role at Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH provides direct resident care under supervision, assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, and comfort to promote dignity and quality of life.

This full-time day shift (7:00am–7:00pm) includes rotating weekends; you will record vital signs, support meal services, and collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other staff. A valid STNA license is required in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Current STNA certification in Ohio.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.
• Healthcare experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
