About the Role:

• Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and other caregivers
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents, including keeping living areas and common spaces organized and tidy
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and fellow staff members to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Participating in care planning and implementing individualized care plans to meet residents' unique needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care and support to residents, prioritizing their comfort, dignity, and well-being
• Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including medications, treatments, and progress notes

Requirements:
