You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, document care in the EHR, and collaborate with nurses and therapy staff to support safety and comfort of residents. High school diploma and STNA certification are required; new graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current STNA certification.
• Healthcare experience appreciated but not required; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Feed residents and monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Document care and residents' responses in the EHR or paper charts.
• Report changes to nursing staff and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Support residents with social and recreational activities.
