Job summary

Atrium Centers in Ohio is seeking STNAs to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a 75-bed facility. You’ll work full-time day shifts, with 12-hour shifts and a $1,500 sign-on bonus, contributing to a supportive environment that values quality care and teamwork.

Responsibilities include providing care per plans, assisting with daily activities, maintaining safety, and upholding infection-control standards. Strong communication, reliability, and attendance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current CNA/STNA license is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn.
• Positive attitude and reliability.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care; ensure resident safety.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Document and record essential observations, including vital signs.
• Report any violations of Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
