Job summary

Atrium Centers in Ohio, a 100-bed, 100% employee-owned facility, is hiring STNAs on 2nd and 3rd shifts with new wages of $20/hour. Join a mission-driven team delivering compassionate resident care and building meaningful connections with residents and coworkers.

You will provide care per approved care plans, assist with daily activities, follow infection control and documentation procedures, report rights violations, and promote a safe, respectful environment that enhances residents’ quality of

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA course and current state license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent attendance.
• Passion for enhancing residents’ quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved Care Plans.
