Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a dedicated STNA to join our 115-bed facility in Ohio. The role supports resident care under approved care plans, including daily activities and safety, with a 3rd shift 11pm-7am, and a $7,500 sign-on for full-time night shift, plus $1 per hour shift differential.

You will follow infection prevention, document vitals, and uphold residents' rights while collaborating with a mission-driven, employee-owned team focused on compassion and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA course and active state certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-minded attitude and willingness to learn.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety.
• Follow infection control procedures.
