Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking CNAs for a 87-bed facility in Wisconsin. Sign-on bonus of $4,000 for full-time NOC shift, with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available including full-time and part-time options.

Provide resident care per Care Plans, assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, follow infection control procedures, and document vital signs. Excellent attendance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA course with current state licensure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to individualized, approved Care Plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and resident safety.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition promptly.
• Practice and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping, including vital signs.
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
