Job summary

The Pavilion at Edgefield in Canton, OH is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed staff and to assist with daily living activities, safety, and comfort.

You will support meal service, document intake and weights, monitor skin condition, and report changes to nurses. Requirements include an Ohio CNA license, HS diploma, and current CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing in Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure safety and comfort.
• Support dining services, meal tray delivery, and feeding assistance.
• Document meal intake, weights, and care progress as required.
• Report changes in resident condition to nurse and supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by the nursing team.
