Paycom - ATS is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide essential care in a healthcare setting in Brook Park, Ohio. You will assist residents with ADLs, mobility, feeding, and monitor health indicators under nurse supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• STNA certification required or in good standing where applicable.
• Excellent communication and compassion in resident care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral care.
• Support resident mobility and positioning using assistive devices.
• Aid with meals and monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Record vital signs and report changes to nurses as directed.
• Document care in the facility's EHR and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
