Job summary

Eastbrook Healthcare Center in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our day-shift team. You will provide high-quality care to residents while ensuring their dignity, respect, and comfort on a rotating day schedule.

We offer Daily Pay, health and 401(k) options, PTO after 90 days, and the SPARK program. This is a part-time or full-time position with day shifts from 7am to 7pm, rotating weekends, located in Cleveland.

Qualifications

• Must be State Tested in Ohio.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working in a Nursing Home Facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to nursing staff.
• Help with feeding and mobility assistance for residents as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote their well-being.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Uphold the dignity and privacy of each resident while providing care.
