Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• STNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and oral hygiene.
• Help residents with mobility, turning, positioning, transferring and ambulating.
• Feed residents or assist with meals, monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Measure and record vital signs as directed by nursing staff.
• Document care provided in the EHR or paper charts.
