Job summary

Alternate Solutions Home Health Columbus is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support patients in their homes under a nurse's supervision. You'll assist with bathing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, and safe transfers, while observing changes and documenting visits within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• STNA credential or completion of a 75-hour nurse aide training program (CNA).
• One year of verifiable nurse aide experience under an RN’s direct supervision.
• A score of 80% or higher on the skills competency test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing you as a driver.
• Ability to safely perform hands-on care, including lifting, transferring, and bathing.
