Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• STNA registry required for State Tested Nursing Assistant.
• STNA required for Daniel Drake Center.

Responsibilities

• Provides all patient care in a culturally-based and age-specific manner.
• Measures vital signs and records observations.
• Assists with activities of daily living including hygiene, mobility, feeding and ROM.
• Communicates patient observations to RN timely and appropriately.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and proper use of equipment.
