Job summary

LionStone Care in Middletown, OH is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for Hawthorn Glen Care Community. Under a licensed nurse, you’ll assist residents with daily living activities, monitor comfort, and support safety and dignity in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current STNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Support resident mobility and transfers using assistive devices.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Document care in the facility's EHR or charts.
• Maintain resident safety, hygiene, and comfort.
