Job summary
LionStone Care in Fairfield, OH is hiring a part-time State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide essential resident care in a SNF setting. Under supervision of a licensed nurse, you will support daily living activities and monitor residents. This role emphasizes safety, dignity, and comfort.
The position offers hourly pay between $18 and $23, with benefits and opportunities for growth. Previous LTC experience is preferred but not required, and new graduates are welcome to apply.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
- Experience: Healthcare setting preferred but not required; new graduates welcome.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
- Help residents with mobility including turning, positioning, transferring, and ambulating using assistive devices as needed.
- Feed residents or assist with meals, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
- Accurately document care provided in the facility’s EHR or charts.
