Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Troy, Ohio is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the overnight shift. This full-time position runs from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a weekend warrior component and a night shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents during the night.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding as needed.
• Safely transfer, reposition, and assist residents with mobility.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the nursing team.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents throughout the night.

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding as needed.

• Safely transfer, reposition, and assist residents with mobility.

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.

• Record vital signs and document care provided.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Provide reassurance and promote restful, dignified care during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing.

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required—we welcome motivated caregivers eager to learn.
