The Ashton at Mayfield Heights is seeking a Nurse Aide to provide compassionate care to residents in Cleveland, OH. The CNA role supports daily living activities, safety, and comfort, with a starting rate of $18 per hour.

Shifts span Days, Evenings, and Nights; full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available. Prior experience in senior living or healthcare is preferred, and applicants must hold an active OH CNA license.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Ohio as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or guest services is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility.
• Supports residents with dining needs and hydration, including meal serving.
• Assists with medications administration by taking directions as directed.
• Notices changes in resident conditions and reports them to supervisor.

THE JOB: As a Certified Nursing aide, you'll help create a welcoming, safe, and caring home for our residents. With your kindness, attention to detail, and dependable teamwork, you'll make a difference from the moment your shift begins. Working closely with the team at The Ashton at Mayfield Heights, you'll play a key role in delivering the exceptional care and experience that defines our community.

THE STARTING RATE: $18 per hour

• THE SHIFTS:
• Days: 7a - 3p
• Evenings: 3p - 11p
• Nights: 11p - 7a
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN options available

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Performs duties in accordance with accepted standards of resident care. Duties include assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and escorts and transfers
• Assists residents with nutritional needs, including setting dining tables, serving meals, providing proper fluid requirements, and offering substitutions when appropriate
• Reminding residents to take medication and opening containers and packages for residents
• Recognizes changes in the residents' behavior and conditions and reports those changes to the Assisted Living Director

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Prior experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or guest service is preferred, but not required
• Required license/certification, if applicable
• A caring attitude and reliable attendance
• High school graduate or GED preferred
• Must be licensed in the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant and maintain current, active, and unencumbered licensure.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
