We are seeking a P.M. Food & Beverage Supervisorto join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Role Summary:

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for working the food and beverage department in a supervisory capacity, being cross-utilized in other food and beverage outlets as necessary. The Supervisor will train and motivate staff to ensure the highest standard of service and presentation. This role will also fill in laterally as needed, to ensure the utmost in guest service while adhering to hotel and Forbes standards.

We have a Full-Time position available.

This role is a P.M. position. All candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

This role is primarily designated for our dining outlet, Stir.

(Open and flexible availability preferred to assist with A.M. coverage, if needed)

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-year(s) experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
• Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service. (desired)
• Any previous culinary training. (desired)
• Certification in alcoholic awareness program. (desired)
• Must possess strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to understand guests' service needs.
• Ability to thrive during very high levels of business.
• Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to guests within any given period of time.
