The Boston Public Schools are seeking a Teacher/Coach for Paraprofessional PD Facilitator within the Office of Teacher Leadership and Development. This stipend position will design training and provide coaching to paraprofessional facilitators, aligning with BTU/BPS Paraprofessional Professional Development Team.
Candidates must be a current BPS employee with extensive PD experience across early childhood to middle school, and must be authorized to work in the United States.

ACADEMIC/ NON-ACADEMIC: Academic
This is a stipended position offered to Boston Public School teachers. The positions will reside in the Office of Teacher Leadership and Development in the Boston Public Schools, reporting to the Co-chairs of BTU/BPS Paraprofessional Professional Development Team. The Teacher/Coach for Paraprofessional PD Facilitator must be a teacher in an Early Childhood, Elementary, or Middle School classroom and will be responsible for both developing Paraprofessional PD Facilitator training and providing coaching to Paraprofessional PD Facilitators.
UNION/MANAGERIAL/RESIDENCY REQUIRED: BTU 3 (teachers) members only
COMPENSATION RANGE: Stipend - $3000
