Job summary

RTX is seeking a Stinger Launcher Program Manager to lead multi-program efforts in Tucson, AZ. The role involves owning production programs, guiding a PM team, and ensuring delivery excellence across US, FMS and DCS customers.

You will drive financial controls, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining tight performance metrics. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 12 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 10 years of experience.
• Experience in Program Management and Risk & Opportunity Measures.
• Experience with production programs CORE certification or process improvement equivalent PMX Certification Level 3, or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Stinger launcher programs.
• Accountable for Stinger launcher production programs as well as manage team of PMs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering professional growth and mentorship.
• Own the customer interface across multiple US, FMS and DCS customers for your programs.
• Drive and support growth of Stinger launcher portfolio through obsolescence management and investment recommendations.
