Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead to support the Stinger Blk I program. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across locations, drive execution, and coordinate with program managers and engineers to meet production goals while maintaining technical rigor.

The role requires a transferable Secret U.S. government clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a strong background in hardware engineering and program management. Onsite work in Tucson is required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary hardware engineering team.
• Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects.
• Experience with supplier management of complex sub-systems.
• Active and transferable Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Drive program execution per schedule and define IPT objectives.
• Communicate status to program leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage team budget and milestones while maintaining technical rigor.
• Provide technical direction and review for Technical Data Package (TDP) maintenance.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with other IPTs.
