Responsibilities include communicating supply and safety needs promptly, supporting restaurant service from stewarding throughout shifts, and ensuring all requirements are met according to specifications in a fast-paced resort

Qualificações

• Experience in professional kitchen sanitation and safety.
• Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive physical appearance of the stewarding and back of house areas.
• Communicates supply, maintenance, safety, and storage needs to leadership promptly.
• Fulfill Restaurant service needs from Stewarding throughout the shift and ensure that all requirements are met according to specifications.
