Four Seasons Hotel Denver is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of kitchen areas, while coaching a team of stewards to ensure quality and safety across shifts.

The role requires morning/afternoon/evening shifts, weekends and holidays; the position offers hourly pay of $24.72, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k with company matching, and Paid Time Off. Complimentary stays may be available to employees according to policy.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Good command of the English language.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and participate in the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of china, glass, silver, kitchen equipment and kitchen production areas in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Trains and coaches the staff. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Essential functions include cleaning and sanitizing dishware, ovens, pots and utensils; operating and maintaining cleaning equipment; organizing work assignments and providing coaching on performance and discipline.
• Adhere to safety and company policies, support teamwork, and ensure high standards of cleanliness in all stewarding areas.
