Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day stewarding operations for a shift.
• Determine work procedures and schedules; expedite workflow.
• Assign duties and ensure compliance with policies.
• Train and develop associates as needed.
• Read banquet menus and perform set-up procedures.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of china, silver, and glassware.
• Attend department meetings and trainings.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
