L’Auberge Del Mar in Del Mar, CA is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding team and keep kitchen areas spotless. You will oversee AM/PM shifts, monitor cleanliness, and support banquet events.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, attention to detail, and collaboration with kitchen staff. Previous supervisor experience in stewarding preferred, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Supervisor role, preferably in Stewarding.
• Ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Experience in taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the stewarding team to keep kitchens clean and organized.
• Ensure cleanup is efficient through AM/PM shifts.
• Maintain water temperatures and chemical levels in logs.
• Assist with banquet plate-ups and event organization.
• Support cooks and kitchen staff as needed.
• Attend banquet meetings to align with event expectations.
