L’Auberge Del Mar in Del Mar, California, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead room attendants and public area staff, ensuring sparkling guest rooms and pristine public spaces in line with our standards.

You will inspire a dedicated team, coordinate with the Housekeeping Management, handle a fast-paced environment, and support guest satisfaction daily. Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus; weekend/holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Two-years experience in Housekeeping, preferably as a supervisor.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality housekeeping preferred.
• Experience in taking care of guests in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to consistently lift, pull and push a moderate weight.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Housekeeping team to maintain luxury standards.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping Management to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Ensure safe, hazard-free environments for guests and staff.
