Responsibilities

As a Steward Supervisor, you will supervise utility stewards, dishwashers, and temporary staff, ensuring the timely and efficient cleaning of utensils and service ware to deliver outstanding guest service and profitability. Your tasks will include:

• Supervising and supporting staff in transporting and cleaning utensils and service ware
• Supervising cleaning of work areas and surroundings
• Maintaining inventory for food and beverage departments
• Ensuring timely delivery of food and equipment for functions
• Scheduling, assigning work, training team members
• Monitoring and evaluating team performance
