Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee a team of Steward Colleagues responsible for banquet back-up, china, silverware, glassware and other service ware, as well as cleanliness of kitchen and F&B areas.

The role requires flexible scheduling, ability to stand long hours, prior supervisory experience, and a background in culinary operations or stewarding. You’ll ensure smooth, sanitary operations and guest satisfaction at our property.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience preferred

Prior experience in a Culinary operation or stewarding position
