Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee the Stewarding department's day-to-day operations, ensuring sanitation and efficient service across food production areas. You will supervise, schedule, and coach staff, stepping in for leadership as needed.

Applicants should have 1-2 years of Stewarding experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• 1-2 years previous Stewarding experience.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about50 pounds).
• Spanish verbal and written preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Stewarding department.
• Total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas.
• Manage, schedule, and coach colleagues in the department.
• Assume floor presence in the absence of the Stewarding Leadership.

Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. A supervisory role will provide growth opportunities into entry-level management.The Stewarding Supervisor will assist in supervising the day-to-day operation of the Stewarding department. This position is responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas as well as managing, scheduling, and coachingcolleagues in the department.This person will also assume floor presence in the absence of the Stewarding Leadership.

The hourly rate for this position is $24.00/hr
