Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking a Turndown Attendant to create a comfortable and welcoming evening environment for our guests by refreshing rooms and preparing them for a restful night. You will contribute to the luxury Five‑Diamond experience through meticulous attention to detail and professional service.

This role supports the Housekeeping team, follows Four Seasons standards and safety procedures, and offers a $1000 gross sign-on bonus after probation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide evening turndown service in occupied guest rooms.
• Refresh bathrooms by replacing used towels and wiping down surfaces.
• Restock guest amenities, including toiletries, stationery, and room supplies.
• Remove room service trays, dishes, and carts from guest areas.
• Create a relaxing evening atmosphere by preparing beds, closing drapes, adjusting lighting, and ensuring rooms meet luxury standards.
• Prepare vacant rooms for arriving guests.
• Assist with full Room Attendant duties and support other Housekeeping team members when needed.
• Follow Four Seasons standards, policies, and safety procedures while maintaining a professional and collaborative work environment.

TURNDOWN ATTENDANT.

As a Turndown Attendant, you will create a comfortable and welcoming evening environment for our guests by refreshing guest rooms and preparing them for a restful night. This role is essential in delivering the personalized service and attention to detail that define the Four Seasons experience.

Earn a $1000 gross sign-on bonus, paid after successfully completing your 90-day probationary period and probationary review—start strong and be rewarded for your success! Please note: Internal applicants within the Four Seasons Resort are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
