Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Stewarding staff and manage daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in F&B outlet kitchens.
• Assist in developing and managing operational goals.
• Ensure superior customer service standards are followed.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to interact with guests and resolve conflicts

Flexibility to work shifts, including holidays and weekends

Education
